By accessing or using TaskCal ("the Service"), available at taskcal.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TaskCal is a task management and calendar application that allows users to create, organize, and manage tasks and calendar events. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (for authentication) and Zoom (for meeting creation and management).

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

TaskCal integrates with third-party services (Google, Zoom). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskCal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create within the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep TaskCal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaskCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
